Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
